VK says: I am very disappointed. There were several BIG things that inspector Kevin Malesis od Westside Appraisal didn't catch. Just to name a few.
There were rat feces all over the shed in the back yard.
The trim on the house was never painted, only the house was painted. (painting the trim will cost around $2000)
One of the panes on the sliding patio door was shattered (we had to point that out to you). - A new door cost us $400
For $350 I expected a professional inspector as Kevin to catch things as these, and not just say everything is good. these things are all in plane sight and should not be overlooked especially by a paid professional charging $350 for less than 2 hours of work. I am frankly very disappointed that he missed so many of these issues and feel that that just threw away $350. I wish I could say that I will recommend this company or Kevin to others seeking an inspection.
