Typical Appraisal Management Company appraiser, just hurry up and get it done!

Phil says: Avoid at all costs. Came in insultingly low on my home I was selling. Did not even schedule appointment to do the appraisal, just went on his own accord without telling anyone or without asking what improvements were made. When we requested a revision after providing our own, more accurate comparables, he added insult to injury by further reducing the appraised value. Because it was an FHA loan and the FHA appraisal stays permanent on the property, we were forced to sell at the appraised price over $20k below the contracted price and take a loss on the property. If he is assigned to your property avoid at all cost.
