Scott K. says: Very unprofessional and lacks knowledge of LA's westside. Showed up 45 minutes late (did call at least), smelled like a chimney, and was wearing shorts. His work effort did not prove any better. Just had our house appraised less than 6 months ago, yet he managed to appraise it below even ratholes in our area. Showed a 10% drop, meanwhile Zillow (for what it's worth) was about $60K higher. When asked to review, upheld his appraisal after being provided with more accurate comps and a full description of our upgrades. Stay far away from this joker.
